Hey there ladies & gents!

I know it’s been a while since I’ve checked in, so I had to stop by and share the details from my latest collaboration with my loves over at FashionNova. As I expressed on numerous occasions before, Fashion Nova has got to be sewing their clothes with the thread from Jesus Christ garment! Literally EVERYTHING that they make fits amazing and I am completely addicted!

For this collaboration, the first look that I put together was the “The Glistening Jeans” in Medium Wash, along with Fashion Nova’s super cute “Come On Over Baby” Velvet Crop Top in Light Blue. 

The “Breakdown” of this look:

I discussed my “Jean Struggle” in previous post, so as you all know, my eternal struggle is finding a pair of jeans that fits MY body properly! Because of my height and the way that my body is proportioned, my jeans are always too long, too big in the waist, too tight on the hips, etc. FashionNovaCurve has come to my rescue and officially earned the throne as my “Jean Gods”! As I also mentioned in my previous post, my ultimate goal when I shop for anything is to achieve the highest level of comfort in all of my fashion choices. The “Glistening Jeans” along with every other FN pair of jeans that I wear, hugs every curve in the right place and has everything stacked just right if you know what I mean!

For all my ladies who inquired about sizing, it is important to consider that the stretch level is decent, meaning I personally recommend ordering one size up from your regular pants size. I normally wear a 2X in pants, but the 2X in these particular jeans fit me “too good” and left not much room for me to move around. The best option for ultimate comfort and perfect fit is to order one size up, so I opted for the size 3X and was very pleased!

The “Come on Over Baby” Velvet Crop Top pretty much speaks for itself as you can see! It looked so comfortable and soft, so I couldn’t resist it! The material and quality of this garment is top-notch, which I can truly appreciate. I love a cute crop top, but unfortunately most of the ones that I have found are made very poorly with not too great material. This Velvet crop top was the exact opposite! I modeled a size Extra-Large just because I wanted a looser fit. Stitching, style, fit, and quality is 100% on point! I am super impressed with how much detail and care goes into making all of Fashion Nova’s pieces, and this look was another great example of that.
